We are looking for a Mid/Senior Revenue Operations Specialist who will help us build and maintain an effective, integrated sales and marketing ecosystem based on HubSpot and RevOps best practices.
This role combines analytical thinking, business process modelling, and a strong understanding of how data drives decision‑making in a B2B organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Implementing and developing the CRM (HubSpot) and best practices for data and sales/marketing process management.
- Modelling and optimizing marketing and sales processes based on CRM workflows.
- Ensuring consistency, completeness, and quality of CRM data, as well as proper integration with other tools.
- Creating reports and dashboards for marketing and sales activities (HubSpot, Excel/Power BI).
- Designing and maintaining workflow automations and integrations with external systems (e.g., via API or tools such as Zapier/Make).
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data, processes, and metrics.
What we expect:
- Proven experience working with HubSpot or other CRMs in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of business process automation and system integrations (API, Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Strong data skills - analysis, modelling, and visualization.
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools - Clay or similar.
- Practical understanding of GDPR.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and BI tools (Power BI).
- Experience in B2B companies with high‑ticket sales - nice to have.
- Interest in AI solutions supporting automation and analytics.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and a mindset focused on business outcomes rather than purely technical execution.
