Your Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects related to cloud computing, large-scale data storage systems, data platforms, and advanced IT infrastructure.
You will serve as the central coordination point between clients, engineering teams, operations, sales, the PMO, and executive management. You will lead projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from scope definition and planning, through execution and acceptance, to the handover of solutions into operations and long-term support.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with clients and partners across Europe, including research organizations, public institutions, and entities within the space sector.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects delivered to clients across the scientific, public, space, and commercial sectors.
- Plan, organize, and monitor projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate the work of technical, operational, and business teams involved in project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project execution, status updates, and ongoing communication.
- Monitor contractual commitments and ensure project compliance with customer requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and effectively manage risks, dependencies, changes, and escalations.
- Provide clear and transparent project status reporting to clients, the PMO, and executive management.
- Maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project handover to production environments and ongoing support teams.
- Support the development of project management standards, tools, and best practices across CloudFerro.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
- Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, software development, or operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into actionable project plans and activities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level or higher).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office.
